What we collect

Account details — your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name.
Search Console data — with your permission we read (read-only) your site's search statistics from Google Search Console: queries, pages, clicks, impressions, positions.
Your site's public pages — we crawl pages your site already shows the world (titles, descriptions, links) to build your analysis.
Free scan details — if you use the free scanner, we store the URL you scanned, your email, and the scan result.

What we use it for

One thing: producing your SEO analysis and recommendations. We may email you your scan report and occasional product updates or SEO tips — every email has an unsubscribe link.

What we never do

We never sell your data.
We never write to your Search Console or your website — our Google access is read-only.
We never share your site's data with other customers.

Where it lives

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers Supabase (database, EU region) and Netlify (hosting). AI-generated recommendations are produced via Anthropic's API; only the minimum needed content (e.g. page text being analysed) is sent for processing. Report emails are delivered via Resend.

Your rights

You can ask us to export or delete everything we hold about you at any time — email hello@raptix.se. Disconnecting Search Console immediately stops all data collection, and you can also revoke access in your Google account settings.

Cookies

The marketing site sets no tracking cookies. The app uses only the cookies/storage required to keep you signed in.
